Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of historical artifacts presented on the website www.occulttreasuresandwonders.com, operated by Occult Treasures and Wonders of Doktor Lazarus Collection LLC. The website does not constitute a traditional e commerce platform: the artifacts are displayed within a virtual exhibition, and any potential sale arises from a personalized negotiation process, which may include offers submitted by users, proposals or counter offers made by the seller, and a subsequent direct exchange aimed at defining the terms of the transfer. Each transaction represents a responsible and conscious act of transmitting non reproducible cultural assets originating from a private collection, and is finalized only when both parties explicitly confirm the agreement reached.

1. Nature and Uniqueness of the Objects
The objects or documents offered are authentic historical artifacts, selected for their cultural, documentary, and symbolic significance. Each piece is unique, non replicable, and may show signs of age consistent with its period and provenance. Upon request, a complete dossier containing documentation relating to the authenticity, provenance, and history of the artifact will be provided and delivered together with the object at the time of purchase.

2. Prices, Currency, and Payment Methods
Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and may be subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through secure and certified systems (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). Any taxes, customs duties, bank fees, shipping costs, or optional insurance are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at the time of the order.
The submission of an offer by a visitor does not constitute a binding order, and the seller may, at their discretion, formulate an offer or counter offer following a request for information or an expression of interest by the user. The sale is finalized only when one of the parties formally accepts the offer of the other through direct and unequivocal communication. This negotiation dynamic reflects the curatorial and non standardized nature of the artifacts offered.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Objects are packaged with the utmost care and shipped through selected couriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the nature of the object. The seller is not responsible for delays, customs blocks, or logistical impediments, regardless of their origin or cause.
Registered members may, where applicable, view updates regarding the status of the negotiation or shipment.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Given the historical, unique, and non fungible nature of the artifacts offered, no right of withdrawal, return, or refund is provided, in accordance with international regulations governing the sale of cultural and collectible goods.
Any exceptions may be considered only in the presence of extraordinary and documented circumstances. In such cases, the buyer must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt, attaching detailed photographic documentation. The evaluation of such requests is at the sole discretion of the seller and does not constitute an automatic guarantee of refund or replacement.
Since the sale occurs only after a preliminary phase of offers and direct dialogue, the buyer declares that they have received all necessary information prior to final confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability
The seller guarantees the accuracy of the information provided regarding the authenticity and provenance of the objects, as stated in the dossier. However, the seller assumes no responsibility for subjective interpretations, speculative evaluations, improper use, or expectations not explicitly declared.
The buyer is responsible for the proper preservation, care, and safeguarding of the object, which must not be altered, dismantled, or used in a manner contrary to its historical nature.
The seller is not responsible for user generated content, comments, interpretations, or materials published in interactive areas of the website or by registered members.
Once the sale is completed and the object has been delivered, the seller is not responsible for the use, destination, interpretation, display, or any other form of employment that the buyer may decide to make of it. All responsibility for improper, non compliant, or historically inappropriate uses of the artifact rests solely with the buyer.

6. Documentation and Documentary Responsibility
The seller undertakes to provide, upon request, a complete dossier containing documentation relating to the authenticity, provenance, and history of the object. Such documentation is prepared with the utmost accuracy and based on sources available at the time of compilation.
However, due to the historical, archival, and sometimes fragmentary nature of the sources, the seller cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, subsequent attributions, or historiographical revisions that may emerge after the sale.
The buyer acknowledges that the documentation provided represents a curatorial reconstruction and does not constitute an absolute guarantee or official certification by third party institutions. Any digital materials, descriptions, or editorial content on the website serve exclusively documentary and curatorial purposes.
The descriptive, textual, and editorial content published on the website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without authorization. For further details, please refer to the Website Terms of Use.

7. Eligibility and Selectivity
The sale is reserved exclusively for individuals genuinely interested and capable of understanding the cultural, historical, and symbolic value of the object. These are not common goods nor generic decorative items: they are testimonies entrusted to those who recognize their dignity, historical vocation, and need for preservation.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the sale if they believe the buyer does not meet these criteria.

8. Website Use and User Interactions
Users may register as members to access additional features, including submitting offers, managing their requests, and interacting with editorial content or participatory sections.
Any user generated content must be respectful, relevant, and compliant with the law. The seller reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content or behavior deemed inappropriate or contrary to the historical and curatorial nature of the virtual exhibition.

9. External Links and Social Media
The website may contain links to external platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Interaction with such services is governed exclusively by the respective policies of those platforms. The seller is not responsible for content, practices, or data processing carried out by such third party services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the sale shall be governed by the law of the State in which the selling company is based and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court. Use of the website and submission of offers imply acceptance of these Terms of Sale and of the Privacy Policy published on the site.
